As of July, the MIRO ecosystem has largely completed the initial build-out of its crypto payment infrastructure and is progressively bringing core applications such as M‑Card, global remittance, and online marketplace to market. On this foundation, we continue iterating key features, optimizing UX, and expanding application scenarios and compliance capabilities across multiple product lines.

This month, the team focused its efforts on refining the M‑Card payment flow and strengthening ecosystem support. We systematically improved compliance integration, security risk control, card-range support, and incentive mechanisms, achieving measurable progress. We aim to further enhance MIRO’s role as a core “on-chain payment infrastructure” and strengthen our institutional and execution capabilities for future large-scale adoption.

### M‑Card compliance approved, new card range launched, ecosystem features continually improved

In early July 2025, M‑Card successfully passed compliance review with banking and Visa systems—marking a preliminary recognition of our crypto payment solution by mainstream global finance. This provides a solid foundation for user fund safety and rights protection, and paves the way for future multi-range and global integration.

In this update, we have completed the following major progress simultaneously:

* **Refund Resolution**

This year, with multiple crypto regulations being gradually implemented, the development of the entire crypto market is entering a new phase characterized by increasingly clear regulatory frameworks and the gradual return of trust. As an ecosystem that has always placed great emphasis on compliance, MIRO is actively responding to global regulatory trends, continuously optimizing its product architecture and ecosystem roadmap.

M‑Card is one of the earliest payment products launched by the MIRO ecosystem for C-end users. Amidst the evolving policy landscape, we have consistently adhered to a “compliance-first” principle, dynamically adjusting our product strategies to ensure that user experience evolves in step with regulatory requirements.

Therefore, in response to the impact caused by the earlier suspension of certain card segments, we have completed the full reconciliation of refund details and returned the related funds (including card issuance fees, service charges, and card balances) to user accounts within 48 hours. We are committed to ensuring the security of every user’s funds and will continue to advance the steady expansion of the M‑Card ecosystem with compliance as our foundation.

* **New Card Segment 5395 (BIN) Officially Launched**

We have now completed compliance adjustments to the system and launched a brand-new card segment. The new card segment supports mainstream payment methods such as Apple Pay, significantly expanding the applicable scenarios for M‑Card and providing users with a more convenient daily payment experience. We are also actively evaluating compatibility with more payment service platforms. However, at present, this card does not support binding with Google Pay. More channels will be gradually opened based on future progress.

The launch of this new card segment also marks MIRO's attainment of higher configuration permissions and resource access at the card network level, granting us greater autonomy and flexibility in product iteration and ecosystem expansion. This will accelerate our global market deployment and lay a solid foundation for diversified and compliant product forms in the future.

* **Multi-Segment Expansion Plan Progressing Simultaneously**

According to the current plan, M‑Card will launch 4–5 new card segments over the next month, covering key markets such as Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. This will further enhance M‑Card’s service capacity in scenarios such as cross-border payments, overseas consumption, and local financial access. The design of new card segments will adhere to the principle of “regional compliance + application adaptation,” ensuring that each card is stably usable, easily recognized by merchants, and smooth in transaction clearing across different countries and regions.

At the same time, different card segments will take on differentiated functional roles. For example, some card segments will be more suitable for online subscriptions, digital goods purchases, and top-ups on Web3 service platforms, while others will focus on offline retail consumption, travel scenarios, or high-frequency fiat withdrawals. Accordingly, MIRO will also integrate more in-ecosystem modules at the card level, such as cashback, point synchronization, and stablecoin exchange, forming more customized application bundles.

Through the card segment expansion plan, we aim to accelerate global payment coverage and bring truly “usable and trustworthy” crypto payment tools to more users.

* **New USDT Withdrawal Feature**

Since 2025, with the passing of policies such as the “GENIUS Stablecoin Act,” the stablecoin market has gradually moved from a regulatory gray area to a systematized operation, especially playing an increasingly important role in scenarios like cross-border settlement, consumer payments, and value storage. We believe that regulatory confirmation of stablecoins is not only a key turning point for industry development but also opens up a broader operational space for compliant on-chain payment systems.

As a core utility asset in the MIRO payment system, USDT is being more deeply integrated into the M‑Card module to better support the value of our payment ecosystem. Following the earlier launch of the stablecoin deposit feature, M‑Card will officially open its USDT withdrawal channel starting July 7. Users can bind their on-chain address and withdraw stablecoins under a T+1 rule.

We chose the T+1 model to strike a balance between fund efficiency and compliance safety: on the one hand, improving the flexibility of user fund usage, and on the other, allowing sufficient time for backend AML checks, address verification, and blacklist filtering in compliance risk control.

The launch of this feature marks MIRO’s further progress in completing the closed loop of “on-chain deposit + stablecoin use + compliant withdrawal,” providing users with a one-stop, legal, and compliant fund management experience, and laying the groundwork for more global payment scenarios centered around stablecoins.

The successful completion of this compliance review and the official launch of the new card segment not only signify the formal registration and legalization of M‑Card within the payment network, but also reflect market recognition of the MIRO ecosystem and the long-standing trust and support from our users.

### User Care Initiative: M‑Card Launches MIRO Airdrop Compensation Plan

In response to the recent card segment restrictions caused by changes in banking risk control strategies, M‑Card officially launched a special user compensation mechanism on July 27, named the *MIRO Airdrop Compensation Plan*, to express our appreciation for the affected users’ continued trust and support.

According to our previous announcement, all affected M‑Card users will receive 5 MIRO tokens per card as compensation, which will be distributed collectively on **July 31, 2025**.

Please follow the steps in the M‑Card Mini Program:

* Tap the top-right corner to enter the Binding Center

* Bind your MIRO DApp UID

Once the binding is complete, the system will automatically issue the airdrop reward on the distribution day.

This airdrop is based on the MIRO DApp UID. Users must complete the UID binding within the M‑Card Mini Program to ensure timely receipt.

### Focusing on Modular Compliance Capabilities, MIRO Advances Global Deployment Strategy

In July 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the CLARITY Act with overwhelming support. We see this as a pivotal moment in reshaping the regulatory paradigm of digital assets, with compliance becoming a long-term focal point in the crypto market's evolution.

From a long-term perspective, compliance remains one of MIRO’s core strategies.

MIRO’s unique strength lies in protocolizing and modularizing compliance, constructing a composable system called **CaaM (Compliance-as-a-Module)**. This architecture allows developers to flexibly integrate identity verification, risk assessment, source of funds checks, and reporting interfaces based on the regulatory requirements of their target markets.

For example, in the EU, MIRO supports integration with eID digital identity, MiCA-compliant stablecoin reporting, and whitelist systems for wallets. In Singapore, MIRO includes dynamic AML/CFT controls and MAS reporting modules, enabling on-chain transactions to stay compliant with off-chain regulations.

This mechanism not only helps large institutions meet multi-jurisdictional compliance, but also lowers the barrier for smaller developers: they can easily deploy fiat on/off ramps, KYC, risk alerts, and audit modules using MIRO’s API — making *compliance-as-a-service* a reality.

The implementation of M‑Card, Global Remittance, and Online Mall proves the technical feasibility of MIRO’s architecture and showcases its capability to execute payments while ensuring compliance. MIRO is becoming one of the few platforms in Web3 that enables a *complete closed-loop* from *payment intent to compliant consumption*.

Looking forward, we will continue to expand the scope of CaaM integrations by introducing more tools such as KYC SDKs, tax interfaces, and standardized reporting templates — further reinforcing MIRO’s position as a *compliance-by-design* infrastructure.
